I just wanted to say a big thank-you to you and the install guys for doing such a good job last week. The installers were professional, very knowledgeable and hard working. They have done a fantastic job of the install and our server room is now much colder than it was. There were no ‘cock-ups’ and any problems the installers came across they resolved themselves with no hassle. They even took the time to explain everything, show me exactly how it had been installed and how it all works. It was a truly stress free and enjoyable install. I was worried I might have to move the servers, however I explained this to the installers and they insisted on working around it so that I didn’t have to worry about it. You have won my future business should any other needs arise and I will be recommending you to other schools in Hampshire.
