Your engineer, Mr Willis, has just carried out the work and I would like to thank you for your prompt service. I’m an OAP and found the loft location of the unit impossible to access without the risk of injury! Mr Willis was up there like a spring chicken, checked the unit over and changed the filters and I am very grateful to him. I hope you will not mind if I call upon your help again in the future.
