Refrigeration Systems at Southampton Border Control

We were approached by a key operator within Southampton docklands border control as a new facility was being built to enable the review of imported products prior to entry to the British marketplace.  This facility consisted of a number of large scale, low temperature store areas and separate cold rooms where stock would be analysed. New Air successfully designed and installed a total of 11 systems across the site varying from a 32m² cold room to a 250m² freezer which needed to be maintained at a constant -25°C. We worked with a specialist controls manufacturer to design bespoke control panels to enable external control and monitoring of each of the environments.
